The paper covers the information competence and literacy as the components of the information culture which are essential to develop by means of electronic learning resources. Its integration into the study of semiotics with the use of the electronic educational materials is demonstrated in the learning process. The paper presents a structural diagram of all the developed electronic resources on semiotics.
