The research draws upon the development of student‘s interests; it‘s proved the necessity of learning a foreign language as the major instrument of intercultural enrichment and the formation of personality; it‘s pointed out IT educational field as the foundation of intercultural communicative competence development in secondary and higher school; it‘s given an example of the internet-project used in the school practice.
