        <p>The article gives the definition of the term "bilingualism", covers various kinds, stages, conditions of this phenomenon formation and development, it deals with the question of "intervention" of the English language elements in linguistic systems of other languages. It also raises the problem of tolerant two languages and cultures coexistence under certain social conditions and competent teaching and upbringing of an individual in the bilingual community.</p>
