        <p>This paper focuses on the module-competence technology in teaching a foreign language at technical university. The systematic role of interdisciplinary links in the development of the foreign language professionally oriented competence is analyzed. The effectiveness of the introduction of the active learning methods into the blocks of the training module is highlighted.</p>
