Based on the synthesis of theories of innovation culture and higher education, this article will be devoted to understanding the university's innovation culture. At the same time, to find out the impact of the university's innovation culture on teaching activities. Based on this, some recommendations are given to improve the quality of lecturer's teaching by developing the university's innovation culture to fit the new context of society.
