The quality assessment problems in foreign language teaching after Russia's accession to the WTO

Abstract:

The authors deal with the quality assessment problems in foreign language teaching after Russia’s accession to the WTO. The paper also shows that Russian education system is undergoing great changes. In addition to consideration of the advantages of Chinese foreign language learning methodology, the authors also pay attention to the Russian educational standard of the 3rd generation. In conclusion the importance of implementation of new approaches for foreign language teaching and the creation of the control system on the basis of the international assessment methods are considered.
