Actualisation of binary methods of educational work in the process of teaching Conflictology

The use of technological approach to the organisation of educational activity in the institutions of higher education is considered in the article. This technological approach includes binary methods of educational work as development tools of a future expert personality. The main component of binary methods of educational work is self-education process which consists of several cycles. The author analyses the methods of influence which are included in binary methods of educational work. The use of binary methods of educational work is shown on the example of Conflictology lesson analysis.
