The evolution of the concept "Bilingual education model"

The main content of this research is the analysis of the concept of " bilingualism " and in particular the characteristics of bilingual education in Europe, Africa , Asia and Russia . It is noted that this phenomenon has a long history. The features of the application of bilingual method in learning foreign languages are singled out and described. Through comparative analysis of modern pedagogical literature, the author identifies a number of aspects of bilingualism, revealing the peculiarities of this model of teaching at a modern period.
