The research draws upon the development of student"s interests; it"s proved the necessity of learning a foreign language as the major instrument of intercultural enrichment and the formation of personality; it"s pointed out IT educational field as the foundation of intercultural communicative competence development in secondary and higher school; it"s given an example of the internet-project used in the school practice.
