Coping strategies of students in the examination situation

The article discusses the students’ coping strategies in the examination stressful situation. The results of experimental research of gender and professional differences in the coping strategies in managing examination stress are presented. The differences in the coping strategies between the students involved in technical and humanitarian studies were compared with reference to the level of their personal self-actualization. Correlation between indicators of coping strategies and personal self-actualization of students were identified.
