Specifics of mark and rating system of evaluation in technical university

The introduction of the rating system (RS) of performance appraisal in technical universities for academic staff teaching the disciplines of the humanitarian cycle "Pedagogics and Psychology" is considered. The implementation of the accumulative evaluation system, weight coefficients, use of the website for downloading course materials and individual training results, cross- testing of students’ works and use of interactive training methods are described. The introduction of the rating system in the educational process creates positive motivation and gives an opportunity for the students to work effectively during the semester.
