The promotion of vocabulary in the context of intercultural communication teaching

We consider finding relevant ways of how to promote effective speech communication in English. Attention is paid to such aspects of communication as a stylistic correctness, appropriateness, consistency and speech persuasiveness. Examples of tasks aimed at developing students' vocabulary, the promotion of verbal expressions’ correctness are given in order to illustrate the link between language and culture.
