The problems of monitoring the level of Russian as a foreign language in the educational and professional sphere are essential for the improvement of the Russian testing system recognized by the world educational community. One of the important aspects of teaching Russian as a foreign language is oral speech teaching. It is the oral communication that has the main advantage of full-time language learning, it is the oral speech which is used for successful cross-cultural relations.
