Digital educational environment and its role in the formation of professional competencies of students

The article is devoted to the issue of digital transformation of education. The analysis of the problem of the formation of students' competencies in the digital educational environment of the university is given. The effectiveness of the model for the formation of students' competencies is evaluated. The authors point out that the introduction of new digital resources in the educational process allows us to create a new educational environment in the university, aimed at the formation of general cultural, general professional and professional competencies, enshrined in the federal state educational standard of higher education. On the basis of the theoretical research conducted by the authors, the pedagogical essence of the phenomenon of "digital educational environment" and its role in the formation of research competencies of future bachelors is revealed. Such components of the digital educational environment as the Moodle platform are considered https://moodle.com; digital educational resources. On their basis, the process of forming the research competencies of future bachelors in the direction of training 09.03.03 – "Applied Informatics" is carried out. The quality of the educational process aimed at the formation of competencies reflected in the federal state educational standard of higher education, the achievement of higher learning outcomes, will be possible if the didactic potential of the digital educational environment is realized in the educational process of the university. The use of digital educational resources in the educational process of the university is one of the most important conditions for the formation of the interpersonal paradigm. The contribution of digital resources to the training of future bachelors is determined by the fact that they are tools for mental and creative abilities.
