USE OF ELECTRONIC EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT AS A CONDITION FOR INCREASING PROFESSIONAL SELF-REFLECTION OF MEDICAL UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
The development of reflection is an important component of the professional training of medical students: it helps them understand their strengths and weaknesses, analyze their actions and make informed decisions in professional practice. However, despite the importance of this professional quality and the corresponding skills, there is a problem of their insufficient development at the stage of pre-graduate medical training, which can limit the ability of self-analysis and self-improvement among students and, ultimately, lead to a decrease in quality and the occurrence of errors in future professional activities. In the modern educational process, there are various approaches and methods that contribute to the formation of skills and abilities of professional reflection in students. One such approach may be the use of an electronic information educational environment (EIEE), which provides students with access to a variety of educational resources and tools. This approach is relevant and important, especially in the modern digital world of education, since the use of electronic educational technologies can significantly enrich the learning process and contribute to the development of independent work and analytical skills among students. During the analysis of the data obtained as a result of the study, a more active formation of skills and abilities of professional reflection among students was revealed in the process of using the electronic information educational environment. This indicates the effectiveness of this pedagogical tool and its ability to stimulate students to actively learn and analyze their own educational and professional experiences. The use of the electronic information educational environment in a medical school allows students to work on developing their professional skills and better assess their strengths and weaknesses. This approach to training contributes to the formation of highly qualified specialists in the medical field, ready to act effectively and proactively in difficult situations.
