The article is devoted to didactic foundations of historical-pedagogical culture of a future teacher as conditions of adequate professional training. It examines the main features of the «historical-pedagogical culture» and leading approaches to the organization of its formation in the framework of organizing the educational process in higher school. The article shows the necessity to follow the logic of the historical-pedagogical culture formation in the context of historical and pedagogical orientation.
