This article outlines students‘ personal traits which are important for a foreign language studying process and educational strategy. Practical approaches discovering a dominant mode of thought and level of students' language capacity are also introduced. The research results into the conclusions concerning the form of presentation, orientation, level of creativity and difficulty of tasks, which can help to intensify and personalize the studying process.
