Development of instruments for asessing quality of foreign language teaching of master students in a multidisciplinary university

An instrument of assessing foreign language teaching quality has been developed for engineering master students based on determining the level of master students’ satisfeaction as main consumers of education services. The suggested survey has been tested and the level of students’ satisfaction with different parameters has been detected. Soma areas for improvement have been found, including the level of material and technical support of teaching. The highest level of studens’ satisfaction has been detected for the parameter ―a foreign language teacher’s performance‖.
