Abstract:

The strategy for the development of social and business competences in specialists is proposed. The implementation of this strategy in universities and in the system of further education is possible taking into account the competence-based approach to the development of the relevant syllabi. The list of the terms of social and business aspects of professional competence, which are invariant to the conditions of training and specialist business profile, is given. The terms are taken from the educational standards of national universities of humanitarian and technical profiles and from the list of the key competencies of the TUNING project.
