Selection issue of foreign language e-textbook of new generation at technical university

The article deals with the tutors’ selection criteria of modern educational foreign language literature for nonlinguistic students. The article considers electronic textbooks as a valuable tool for the implementation of the Foreign Language syllabus at technical university and the development of students' communicative competence as required by the Federal State Standards.
