Teaching the course “Russian language and the culture of speech” for bachelors who minor in philology in compliance with the state educational standards of the third generation

The article is devoted to the contents of the course “Russian language and the culture of speech” in compliance with the State Educational Standards of the 3rd generation. Analyzing the text of the State Educational Standards of 3rd generation made possible the classification of competences directed to developing the modern linguistic personality. The research permits improving the structure of the course “Russian language and the culture of speech”.
