In institutions of higher education teaching community's efforts are aimed at creating an environment conducive to both improving the quality of students’ vocational training in the subject and their personal development. The article addresses the issue of the practical creation of pedagogical conditions of building students’ professional competence. The author examines the pedagogical process as an integral phenomenon, whose components are interrelated, and their implementation influences the final result of training qualified specialists.
