Problem solving as the main method of foreign language teaching activation for students of non-linguistic majors

Problem solving is considered as the main technique in the process of foreign language activation for students of non-linguistic majors. Special attention is focused on the method of projects, on the creative project including elements of informational and research projects. The conclusion is made that the use of the problem solving teaching methods increases students’ motivation in the process of studying foreign languages contributing to the improvement of their language training.
